When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to pack and dispatch your order within 5-7 working days.

To reduce carbon every order is custom made and packaged so delivery can vary but we keep you updated all the way.

We offer pre order on some of our items and the estimated dispatch time will be stated in the description.

Why hasn't my order arrived within the specified deliver time?

Our customer service team will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.

If an order is delivered late we cannot take responsibility as unexpected delays do sometimes happen and it is out of our control.

Undelivered Items.

In the event that your order cannot be delivered, due to incorrect information or missed deliveries these orders will be returned to us at the courier services discretion. Once your order has been returned to us you will be contacted. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery.

Should I expect import tax / custom duties when I receive my order?

Each country has different import tax rules. It is the customers responsibility to check and pay any import tax that is charged upon delivery.

Which courier do you use for shipment?

For shipments within the UK we use APC & EVRi postal services

We use Parcelforce for all International shipments.
